This is one of an air conditioned kopi tiam at Taman Cheras. 

The shop is Yean Seafood Noodles at Jalan Cengkeh, Taman Cheras. 

Clean and air-con premises. No 10% service fee charge. Highly recommended. 

However, Parking here can be a problem 

KOPITIAM 7

Kopitiam 7 located at the corner of Cheras Business Centre is another shop that serves excellent char siew, roast pork  and roast duck.
